So much good information and they say in the Torah that everything is from Hashem and that He dictates how much each person will make every year in His Judgement on Rosh Hashana. So at least we need to in this time period increase Torah study and increase Tzedaka to give over a way for the blessing to arrive. Manis Friedman says that you must plant your crops in order to get your crops to grow, while other Chasidish Masters say that while planting your crops you might find a treasure and Hashem works in all kinds of mysterious ways.
