We finally found the Get Ping tool (link) for Google Search and finally sent an xml sitemap for Wordpress to Google.

so essentially you just send put the full search with your websites sitemap address into the browser and it looks exactly like this:

https://www.google.com/ping?sitemap=https://example.com/sitemap.xml

just type out the site like it is above and copy and paste it into your browser, and then Google will give you the message if it was sucessful. It doesnt gurantee that you will be indexed, but it promises this is the key step to getting your website onto Google's radar

1. Create the sitemap, either automatically or manually.

so for example my url was www.endingpandemia.wordpress.com/sitemap.xml and I put together the full outline as: 

https://www.google.com/ping?sitemap=www.endingpandemia.wordpress.com/sitemap.xml

and pasted this into the browser.

Pretty simple once you get the hang of the procedure and are able to submit any website to Google's index.
