Through my learnings lately on the night and day web, where Torah pundits share their information, I have learned that you may expect an hundred fold return from G-d for every charity (Justice Money) that you give to another person whom needs it. So that if someone needs a loan or justice money or whatever funds it may be, and you just hand it over to them, G-d in the Torah promises you will get it back a hundred fold. 

To the point that it says that if you want to keep 90 percent of all the money you make in a year, then make sure you give ten percent minimum every year of all your profitable income.

At the same time you are allowed to give up to one fifth of your wealth for such an endevour (20 percent), however more is considered too much and in the realm of fools and even the wicked?
