Toronto seems to really be blooming despite the hardships and downturns of the lockdowns that were in place during the first wave

Money was given to every Canadian in  ananda (and not the Citizens of Canada reading outside the country) although America gave their funds to any citizen even if they were out of country. But that's in the past. Wouldn't it be great that for Canada or America everyone would receive a bonus check? Just saying.
