Position 1: Warm Lead Closer Positions (WFH - Israel)

 

Trebuchet Outsourcing Service's client is an established and fast-growing company that assists businesses in qualifying for government COVID relief programs. Working with referrals ("warm leads") successful candidates will reach out to explain the programs, qualify the business for them, and ultimately, assist in guiding the business through the information gathering and application process.

Position 2: Sales Support Positions (WFH - Israel)

 

Trebuchet Outsourcing Service is building a sales support team for an established and fast-growing client company that assists businesses in qualifying for government COVID relief programs. You will assist the sales team in gathering data from their customers, providing application forms to their customers, assuring that forms and paperwork are returned from customers to the sales team correctly and on time, schedule calls and conferences, and otherwise back up the sales team so that they can focus their energies on sales rather than on procedural matters.

 

You must have excellent people and communication skills, be highly organized, be able to function well in a fast-moving environment, and present a professional business demeanor. You must be computer-literate and a mother-tongue English speaker. You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, including webcam.

 

You must be eligible to work in the US to qualify for this position. The position is requires a minimum 30 hour per week commitment which must be heavily weighted toward US business hours.

Position 3: Collections Agents (WFH - Israel)

 

Trebuchet Outsourcing Services is looking for skilled and motivated telephone-based collection agents on behalf of a client that sells medical supplies and equipment to nursing homes (business-to-business collections). If you think you measure up, or know someone who does, please be in touch!

 

Qualifications:

• Prior collections or other call center experience required
• Experience with medical collections a plus
• An excellent telephone manner – articulate, relaxed and self-possessed
• Excellent and professional communication skills
• Mother-tongue-level command of written and spoken English
• Self-starter; organized, motivated  and independent – takes initiative!
• Fast and efficient worker
• A strong sense of ethics and integrity
• Very computer literate
• Some familiarity with medical terminology and medical billing terminology preferred but not required

Position 4: Customer Service (WFH - Israel)

Trebuchet Outsourcing Services is staffing a Customer Service position for an established New York based supply company. The successful candidate will stay in touch with customers, respond to emails, keep customers apprised of the company's latest offerings, reminding them to re-order and to try new products, and assisting them with new orders questions and issues, in addition to other clerical duties.

 

This is a work-from-home position. You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, and including video camera and headset.

 

This is a part time (15-20 hours a week) postion. Mostly flexible hours but some overlap with US hours in order to stay in touch with customers.
