Oh wait this is my health. Ya I'd love to drink down or eat the proper legumes required. Walk the good walk, jog the good jog, strengthen the knee the way it's supposed to be. I guess a computer could really help. I miss the library but we have unlimited libraries in the palm of our own hands.
