How do you prepare for an interview for a new post

First off you will want to gather as much information as possible with regards to where you are applying. Doesn't need to be crazy detailed just the key items you want to have about the firm and their services they offer.

Next it's important to have at least one question about the firm you want to ask the person hiring you. This shows initiative and that you care to see if everything is organized to your expectations. However recall that there are a few companies renowned for their companies ability to perform and to name a short few: Google, Shopify and Buffer. The list is endless but those are three that I have recognized as the best in employee satisfaction. They all have remote work, they all have in home workplaces (every amenity on premises) and they all use something like Shopify's unicorn system for maximum reward to employees based on daily digital KPI.
