There it apparently says : Thebmore one gives to tithes and charity, the wealthier he will become.

Please note that I paraphrased this from the Meam Loes Yalkut Yossef that was given to me as a gift. They say not to make a copy of this work "in any form" so I don't know if it is including in saying over Torah in an email.
