With the dystopian outlook of what's going on in the world one might think we are headed right for Utopia where all things equal we will be able to align the good in the world and all the denizens of the world mainly myself to contour to have some insight into how to stay healthy. We mentioned the superfoods article about eating all kinds of berries including blackberries and strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, smoked salmon and honey, and yes even crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside healthy and hearty breads. Good sleep and much ado about keeping this bear lifestyle. Lots of sleep, healthy good people around, what else is there to ask for? Just ask your parental figures on to get married, provide you a source of income and help you to raise a family and one will see the best in all worlds, no pun intended.
A time to be thankful for all the good in the world. A time to reflect and maybe do some math equations just to keep the brain jiffy. Oh and yeah tuna and sardines. Crackers.
Maybe a bit of humor is all. Walking. So key to walk at least ten thousand steps a day to k? Water and hydration. This is all on a micro scale. We've also discussed on a macro scale the items needed to avoid the pandemic. Keep for yourself at least one clean mask in case your travels take you to a crowded place. Pollution and all that hasn't been discussed in a long time but it's important that we as humans and nature breath the proper air and live according to the best thing possible. Also did you know that coffee is an anti oxidant and fights off free radicals? Oh and celery too is great for consumption.
